The TAPAS project was presented by AquaBioTech Group at the Science in the City, 2019 festival, last Friday, in Valletta, Malta. The project team showed how Remotely Operated Vehicles can help illustrate the health of our seas, by allowing scientists to explore otherwise inaccessible areas. This year’s Science in the City theme was ‘The Science of YOU,’ aiming to unveil how every scientific field is geared towards the advancement of the individual. The festival covered various scientific fields, such as genetics, medicine, communication, linguistics, cognitive science, food, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, cloud computing, nanotechnology, synthetic biology and many others.
