TAPAS partner, Laurent Barille from Université de Nantes presented the latest TAPAS project results from the European offshore oyster aquaculture case study at the Le Labo des savoirs in Nantes, France. The presentation highlighted that Southeast Asia and China are significant oyster producers, although China still imports oysters from France due to their high quality. Le Labo des savoirs is a radio station specialising in science based programming. It broadcast by undergraduate and postgraduate student volunteers supervised by professionals.
