Trevor Telfer, TAPAS project coordinator from University of Stirling, held a plenary session on the 11th Sea Tech Week between the 8th and 12th of October in Brest, France. TAPAS project has been introduced to the participants, highlighting the key message of sustainable aquaculture is the best business model. Sea Tech Week hosts thousand participants, researchers, industrialists and decision-makers. The main theme of this year’s event was marine bioresources, covering a broad sweep from resource characterisation and production to economic development.
