TAPAS partner, University of Nantes is working closely with French producers integrating novel species into future cultivation. This includes IMTA (Integrated Multi-Trophic Aquaculture) trials in the laboratory, where local conditions are simulated. The conditions reproduced (species, densities in breeding, renewal of the water, material, etc.) are at closest to those used and available locally.
